Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy

 If you are dissatisfied with any item, we will either replace the item or you may return it for a full refund. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt, and we will provide information on returning the product. If you wish to cancel an order prior to shipping, you may do that also. We would prefer that you visit us again as a happy customer, knowing that if you are not satisfied with any purchase, you can return it and recieve your money back. 

Backorder Policy

Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry.  Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal.  If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions.

Shipping Policies

Most Items will ship within 2 to 15 business days via UPS or USPS. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.
Shipping is FREE on all orders!

Damaged Goods Policy

Please contact the package carrier (UPS, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
